By making payment on this invoice, the payor agrees to the following terms and conditions:

1. Repair Labor Warranty - All repairs performed by Blue Wave Heating and Air LLC are covered under a 30-day labor warranty. This warranty applies only to the labor performed and does not cover any additional parts or unrelated issues that may arise.

2. New Installation Warranty - For new system installations performed by Blue Wave Heating and Air LLC, we provide a 2-year labor warranty on the installation of the system. This warranty covers labor only and does not include parts. Any manufacturer warranties on parts will be handled according to the manufacturer's policies. Additionally, we stand by our workmanship with a 2-year satisfaction guarantee. If a labor warranty for the system is purchased through the manufacturer, Blue Wave Heating and Air LLC will honor that warranty in accordance with the manufacturer's terms.

3. Owner-Provided Parts - If the customer provides their own parts for installation, Blue Wave Heating and Air LLC does not offer any warranty on the labor or the functionality of the installed part. The customer assumes all responsibility for the quality, compatibility, and performance of owner-supplied parts.

4. Third-Party Work - If any other party performs work on equipment installed or repaired by Blue Wave Heating and Air LLC, our warranty will be void unless the third party was authorized and sent by Blue Wave Heating and Air LLC. We are not responsible for any damages, failures, or additional costs resulting from unauthorized third-party work.
